We cannot guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operability of the website. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any unavailability, modification, suspension, or withdrawal of the website or any of its features. You may not use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You may not store content of the website on a server or create an electronic database by systematically downloading and storing all or any content of the website. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature. A material breach of any of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your access to our services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content, not including credit card information, may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

Products may be ordered by clicking on the items you wish to purchase and following the prompts that will appear on-screen. Before you place your order, we will provide you with all relevant information, including the main characteristics of the products, the total price, delivery timescales, and your rights with respect to returns. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted — all orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we are not obliged to accept your order. Our acceptance of your order, and the formation of a contract between us, occurs when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you promptly by email and will refund the full amount paid. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we have reason to believe the order is fraudulent or unlawful, where products are unavailable or out of stock, where pricing or product information contains an obvious error, or where we are unable to obtain authorization for payment.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or description, or to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

We ship within the United States only. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of being placed, and estimated delivery is 5–8 business days from the date of your order. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather events, or other exceptional circumstances. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at support@mylavero.com — if your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to you upon delivery, provided full payment has been received.

All prices are displayed in US dollars before applicable sales tax, which is calculated and shown at checkout. Prices and delivery costs are subject to change at any time, but the total price you pay will be the price displayed at the time you place your order. Changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a dispatch confirmation. We accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards, and payment is processed at the time your order is placed. We are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. Discount codes may be applied at checkout where valid and are subject to the terms of the relevant promotion. Codes are single-use unless otherwise stated, valid only during the period stated, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address or phone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

You may request a return within 60 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at support@mylavero.com — we will provide the return address and instructions. To be eligible for a return, items must have been purchased directly from Lavero and be unused and uninstalled in their original condition, meaning no signs of use, installation, or damage beyond what was reasonably necessary to examine the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for standard returns. Where an item arrives damaged, is confirmed by us to be defective on arrival, or has been incorrectly delivered, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit under any circumstances. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return. We don't currently offer direct exchanges. Lavero's filter is designed to remove harmful elements from your water — it does not come into direct contact with your skin. In the rare event that changes in your water quality affect your skin and you believe this to be related to your Lavero product, contact us at support@mylavero.com within 24 hours and include: (a) the product used; (b) the type of reaction experienced; (c) when it occurred; and (d) whether you have consulted a healthcare professional. As a goodwill gesture, we will refund the value of the product. Nothing in this section limits your legal rights.

Lavero products are water filtration devices designed to improve water quality. They do not come into direct contact with skin. Filter materials and specifications are disclosed on our product pages. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time, and will let you know at least 30 days in advance if we discontinue a product, and will refund any amounts you have paid in advance for products we are unable to provide.

All intellectual property rights in any content of our website — including, without limitation, text, graphics, software, photographs and other images, videos, sound, trade marks and logos — are owned by us or our licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may retrieve and display content from our website on a screen and print individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you maintain and reproduce any copyright, trade mark, or other intellectual property notices contained in the original content. You may not otherwise reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or exploit any content from our website without our prior written permission.

Certain content, products, and services available via our website may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites. In no case shall Lavero, our officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lavero and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, the documents they incorporate by reference, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you also have the right to seek resolution through applicable consumer protection agencies or to take legal action in the courts.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity. We will notify you in writing if this happens. You may only assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms if we agree in writing.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Lavero and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us, including but not limited to any prior versions of the Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. If we make material changes that adversely affect your rights, we will notify you by email or by prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
